For this delicious recipe you will need:
- A blender or food processor
- 1 egg (58 gms)
- 1 banana (92 gms)
- splash of almond milk (54ml)
- almond powder (1 tbs)
- 64 gms of oats
I had a food scale so it helped measure my ingredients 🙂

You can alter this recipe however you like but this is what I am currently enjoying. Some people add vanilla extract and baking soda but I didn’t have those when I first made them so I decided to experiment with whatever I had. I added the leftover almonds in my almond butter because I didn’t want to waste it. It was surprisingly yummy but I would add less next time for a smoother finish.
