Today was a good day. I didn’t sleep as much which is okay because I felt rested. My Tuesday and Thursday schedule consists of class form 8-11 in the morning then work till 5 afterwards. Somedays I try to get off earlier if I have to go to school or if I have a test the next day. At work I just completed my daily tasks and caught up on some other stuff that accumulate when I am not not working. I ate some of the left over pancakes I made for breakfast at work. I spread some cream cheese on the pancake and topped it off with apples and PB.
I had a pretty decent lunch which kept me full for a while. I feel you can wrap anything in butter lettuce and it will tastes great haha.
I just mixed some shredded chicken with kimchi and a bit of mayo.
After work I went to the gym. I planned on doing my running plan which consists of 30 min running intervals and then was going to do just 30 min of strength training. But when I finished my run I felt great and somehow managed to be at the gym for an hour and half. This wasn’t really new to me but this semester I was always short on time so it felt really good to get back in the flow. I felt kind of tired afterwards but still refresh and was able to get a lot of work done before I went to bed. I wasn’t that hungry so I just ate a protein bar. I’ve been really into protein bars that you can warm and they become all gooey and delicious. If you have any recommendations please let me know! My favorite one isn’t sold anywhere so in the market for new ones.
